Write it once. Post it to six shops.

Snap one photo. fashionistas.ai writes the listing, then fills it into Depop, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Vinted and Grailed for you. You check it and press Post yourself. We never post for you and never ask for your shop passwords.

Before you start (one time, 30 seconds)

  1. Use a computer

    Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox or Brave. On a phone, use Copy kit in the app and paste into each shop's app instead.

  2. Show your bookmarks bar

    Press Ctrl+Shift+B (⌘⇧B on Mac).

  3. Drag this button onto the bar

    Drag it. Don't click it here; it only works on a shop's sell page.

  4. Have a seller account on each shop you want

    Sign up on the shop itself and set up payouts there. The app has a step-by-step guide for each shop under Multilist → Open guides.

Every listing

  1. Snap the item

    In the app, press Add an item and take or upload a clear photo on a plain background. The AI fills in the type, brand, color, condition, category and a price range. Fix anything it got wrong, especially brand and size.

  2. Pick your shops

    Open Multilist, choose the item and tick the shops you sell on. Each shop gets its own version (for example, eBay titles are cut to 80 characters).

  3. Copy it

    Press Copy for Fashionistas Fill. The listing, photo included, goes onto your clipboard.

  4. Open the shop's sell page and click the bookmark

    Photo, title, description and price are typed in for you. Anything it can't place, like a size picker, gets a one-tap Copy button.

  5. Check it and press Post

    Pick the shop's category, size and condition, look it over, and press that shop's own Post button. Repeat steps 3–5 for the next shop.

Logged out of a shop? Log in, open the sell page again and click the bookmark.

Faster: the Crosslister extension

With the extension, one press on Fill it for me opens every shop you ticked, already filled in. It works in Chrome, Edge and Brave.

  1. Download and unzip

    Download the Crosslister and unzip it.

  2. Load it

    Open chrome://extensions, switch on Developer mode (top right), press Load unpacked and pick the unzipped folder.

  3. Reload fashionistas.ai

    The fill box in Multilist becomes a Fill it for me button.

It stores only the listing you queued, and only until you've posted it. What it stores.

Questions

Does it post for me?
No. It fills the form; you press Post. That keeps you in control and inside each shop's rules.
Do you see my shop passwords?
Never. You log in to each shop yourself, in your own browser.
Is the AI price right?
It's a starting range from the photo. Check sold listings on the shop before you commit, and see what you keep after fees.
A field didn't fill.
Shops change their forms. Use the Copy button that appears for that field, or Copy kit in the app, and tell us which shop so we can fix it.
Does it cost anything?
No. The shops charge their usual seller fees.
